how it works.

We run one-on-one sessions with startups. The sessions are honest and candid, where founders share their real problems—they don't spend time pitching.

Each session lasts approximately 45 minutes. We give recommendations and provide the startups with an action plan. Startups provide updates over time about their progress.

Feedback from startups

It was incredible value, and a safe space for feedback. I'd pay for this.

I found the session super useful. I'll keep you guys posted on progress.

We really enjoyed it, your feedback was very actionable.

You're a founder of an early-stage business that has a live product, and at least some initial usage. This quote by Marc Andreessen describes your current situation:

You can always feel when product-market fit is not happening. The customers aren't quite getting value out of the product, word of mouth isn't spreading, usage isn't growing that fast, press reviews are kind of ‘blah’, the sales cycle takes too long, and lots of deals never close.
